Mythen Construction have completed Phases 1-6 of total 9 phases of a 110 no. residential housing development named Landen Park in Oldtown Demense, Naas Co. Kildare.  The development consists of 3 different detached house designs and one semi-detached.  Built to A rated energy standard with high levels of insulation, photovoltaic solar panels and external e-car charge point.

St Johns College Redevelopment, Waterford

The St Johns College Development is a Social Housing project for older people by Respond! Housing Association and included the redevelopment of 4 storey protected structure and new build of 3 storey 36 apartments.

Creywell Residential Apartments, New Ross, Co. Wexford

Mythen Construction were the successful contractor and PSCS on three residential apartment blocks on the banks of the River Barrow, New Ross, Co. Wexford.  A total of 51 apartments were constructed over 2 x 6 storey and 1 x 5 storey apartment blocks.

Oldtown, Naas Residential Housing Development

Mythen Construction was employed on this major high end luxury residential mixed housing and apartment scheme in Millennium Park, Naas. In total Mythen Construction delivered 206 Houses and Apartments.

The houses were constructed in an old English style. The houses were a combination of town houses, terrace houses and 3, 4 & 5 bedroom detached houses.

Fruithill Manor Residential Housing Development

Mythen Construction was employed on this major residential scheme to construct 257 Nr residential Units. The houses were constructed using timber frame, in a variety of sizes and forms from terrace social & affordable houses to 4 bedroom luxury detached units. The project was broken into a number of phases.

Churchwood Residential Development

Mythen Construction were both the developer and main contractor on this luxury residential housing scheme which comprised 32 dwellings constructed in Timber Frame.

Pauls Quay Apartments

Mythen Construction was employed on this mixed residential scheme and ommercial scheme on the Quay in Wexford town to construct 73 nr. Newly Constructed 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments with a 60,000 sq ft. mixed commercial scheme on the Ground Floor and to complete restore and refurbish a 200 year old Grainstores building.
