Druids Glen Bar & Restaurant Extension

Kennedy, in the Wicklow mountains.  Mythen Construction is thrilled to announce that we have commenced works on the extension of their bar and restaurant.  MCL excels at accelerated programmes and finishes of the highest quality, which is important to this luxury resort.  Stay tuned for more pictures in the near future of construction works.

New Ross Pool & Leisure Centre

This state of the art 3 level New Ross Swimming Pool and leisure centre facility includes entry foyer/main reception, 25 x 12.5m 6 lane main pool with separate learner and kids pool, a changing village with spectator seating area, a Health Suite (including Sauna, Steam Room & Spa) and relaxation area off the Pool Hall, a Flume slide and Aqua catch. The first floor fitness gym also houses aerobics room and dedicated dry changing facilities together with two treatment rooms and ancillary hall.

Monart House 5* Hotel & Destination Spa

This 16,500m2 Fast Track 5* Hotel and Destination Spa project involved the complete restoration of a listed Monart Country House and the construction of a state of the art purpose built Hotel and Spa. The scope of works included restoration of existing house, construction of 100 bedrooms, restaurants, bar and day lounge, gym, relaxation rooms, beauty salon, spa, swimming pool and award winning gardens.

Stillorgan Park Hotel

Mythen Construction were employed on this fast track new build and refurbishment project. The works involved the construction of 40 new bedrooms, a new basement, laundry, spa and wellness centre with treatment rooms, hydrotherapy rooms, sauna and steam rooms, a new 1,000 person function room, three new meeting rooms, new pre-function area with pre-function bar, new bar to the function room and alterations to the existing hotel.

Talbot Hotel

Mythen undertook the construction and refurbishment of two phases of the extension of this 4* hotel on the Quay in Wexford.

Thomas Moore Tavern

Mythen Construction were employed by the client to finish the structural works and fit-out a building after the original Main Contractor had become insolvent. The building was in a tight town centre location in Wexford, with a major operational hotel to the rear and busy office block and shop to the other sides.

The building was listed, so the original façade to the front of the building had to be retained and restored.

Centenary Stores Pub & NiteClub

The happening place in Wexford Town, affectionately known as “The Stores”, Mythen Construction were both main and fit-out contractor on this new three storey Pub and NiteClub.
