Health Safety & Welfare
Mythen Construction has both statutory and moral obligations to ensure the proper protection of the Health Safety and Welfare of it’s operatives. Mythen Construction operates with a total commitment toward Health & Safety & Welfare. This is achieved through the implementation of our safety management system. All our site management are trained and accredited to the highest safety management standards. No operatives are permitted to work on site without appropriate SafePass or plant operators’ certification and appropriate Health & Safety equipment. Health Safety and Welfare at work is also a major consideration in the procurement and appointment of subcontractors.
All these policies ensure that the company is always operating in excess of the requirements of all Safety Health & Welfare at Work legislation and that our commitment given to our operatives and customers remains at the highest level of the industry.
Environmental
The company considers Waste Management as one of the industry’s greatest challenges in the future. Mythen Construction has in place an Environmental Policy which allows us to offer a proactive waste management & environmental hazards solution on a project specific basis. All stakeholders in the building process are included in our policy from the individual site management team to subcontractors through to the client & end user of the project. Performance in excess of our statutory obligations is always assured.
