Mythen Construction were both the main and fitout contractor on this 16,500m2 Fast Track 5* Hotel and Destination Spa project involved the complete restoration of a listed Monart Country House and the construction of a state of the art purpose built Hotel and Spa. The scope of works included restoration of existing house, construction of 100 bedrooms, restaurants, bar and day lounge, gym, relaxation rooms, beauty salon, spa, swimming pool and award winning gardens.

Mythen Construction were employed on this fast track new build and refurbishment project to the Stillorgan Park Hotel in Dublin. The works involved the construction of 40 new bedrooms, a new basement, laundry, spa and wellness centre with treatment rooms, hydrotherapy rooms, sauna and steam rooms, a new 1,000 person function room, three new meeting rooms, new pre-function area with pre-function bar, new bar to the function room and alterations to the existing hotel.
