This 1,600m2 project involved the conversion and fitout of an existing warehouse into pharmaceutical clean rooms, research laboratories and high end administration support office, meetings rooms, canteen with a feature entrance/reception.  All works were carried out whilst the existing plant was operational.

The works involved demolition of the existing Bank of Ireland on Customs House Quay, a very challenging town centre location in Wexford town, together with a total recladding of this four storey building and complete interior fit-out.

Mythen Construction were both main and fitout contractor on this 4 floor project.  The fitout consisted of extensive banking retail at ground floor with associated server counters, information booths and automated banking systems.  Floors 2, 3 and 4 were fitted out with high quality corporate offices, meeting rooms and board rooms.

Mythen Construction were both main and fitout contractors on this extension and refurbishment.  The fitout included all specialist joinery, floor and ceiling finishes. The building also featured a glazed walkway, which looked over the open plan room below.
