New Build and Refurbishment of manufacturing and packaging facility, including installation of Clean Rooms, with new car park.  Mythen Construction were successful 3 stages of this tight 24 week programme for Phase 1 & 2 and New carpark.  The existing medical devices plant and administration offices remained fully operational during construction.

Mythen Construction were employed on this 50,000sq ft. fit out and refurbishment of the  Celtic Linen laundry plant.  The Client bought the adjacent building, which Mythen construction stripped out and the factory was then rearranged and extended into the new building. The existing laundry plant remained fully operational during the entire construction process.

This new car showroom was constructed in structural steel and cladding on a greenfield site.  The two storey showroom houses car showroom, reception, spare parts and offices together with client canteen/cafeteria.  The Enniscorthy Motor company house dealerships for Seat, Saab and New Holland Agricultural.

This project involved the Rapid Build construction of an 8,500 sq. Ft. Office and Administration Building, 7,000 sq. ft. Storage building and a 5,000 sq. ft plant room store. The Office and Administration Building contained open plan offices, 3 meeting rooms with a folding wall, comms rooms, reception area and kitchen.

Wexford Farmers Co-op Town & Country retail outlet was constructed in steel portal frame with concrete walls.  The facility had extensive yard and storage for the client’s Agri and hardware products.
