Sustainably designed this 7,400m2 Retirement village consisted of a 3000m2 60 bedroom single storey Nursing Home, 350m2 Aduly Day Care Centre and 54 nr. single storey 80m2 external 2brm self care houses.  The project was completed to an extremely tight 10 month programme.

This project involved the construction of a new 25 bedroom extension and substantial refurbishment and extensive alterations and refurbishment to the existing nursing home, all constructed while the home was operational. This included stripping out and refurbishing the existing Day Care Centre, installing new kitchens, extending and renovating the administration building, including all ancillary works and services.
